• AMENDMENT TO
COLLATERAL ASSIGNMENT OF LEASES AND RENTS
The purpose of -this Amendment is to include the below-described
property description labeled Exhibit A which was not recorded with the'
original Collateral Assignment of_Leas~s and Rents recorded at O.R.
Book 331, Page'331, Public Records o! 8t. Lucie County, dated January 25,
1980, which Collateral Assignment was from 8AN LOCIB PLAZA, iNC. to
CITIZENS FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF ST. LUCIE COUNTY. `

Parcel being known as part of Lot 8 and 9, in Elock 2, Sec-
tion 26, Township 36 South, Range 40 East, as shown on wap 1
of "ST. LUCIE CJIRDENS SUBDIVISION", as recorded in Plat Book
1, page 3S, of the public records of St.-Lucie Ceunty, Florida.
Starting at a point being 510' Southeasterly. of the intersec-
tion of the !+lesterly line of .Lot 8, as described above and the
Westerly right-of-way line of State Road US ~1 and extending
thence;
1. Continuing Southeasterly along the Westerly right-of-way
line of US tl, a~distance o_f 250' to a point, thence; -
2. Northwesterly slang a line being at right angles to the
Westerly line of Lot g, a distance of 352.37' to apoint in said
line of Lot 9, thence;
3. Northeasterly along the said Westerly line of Lot 9, a dis-
tance of 221.51' to apoint, thence;
4. Southeasterly along a line being at right angles to the West-
erly line of Lots 8 and 9, and parallel with the 2nd. course above,
a distance of 236.46' to apoint and place of beginning. .
