FINAL JUDGMENT
OF DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
This action came on for trial on April 15, 1980, upon the Petition for.
Dissolution of Marriage and the Answer, and BONNIE S. SMITR, Petitioner, having
appeared with counsel, Guy R. Bruni, and JEFFERY RENT SMITH, Respondent, having
appeared with counsel, Everett J. Van Gaasbeck, and the Court having heard the
testimony of the parties and their witnesses and having considered that evidence
and arguments of counsel, and being otherwise fully advised, finds and decides
as follows:

1. The parties hereto were married on December 14, 1975, at Jacksonville,
Florida .
2. Both parties have been bona fide residents of Saint Lucie County, ~
Florida, for more than six months preceding commencement of this action. !
3. One child was born of this marriage, ERIC LEN SMITH, a male, age
~ 3 years.
4. Both parties are fit parents, but the Petitioner is the proper person
to have the care, custody and control of the above-named minor child, and the
Respondent should have liberal visitation privileges.
5. Both parties are gainfully employed and fully capable of paying their

own osts an$ expenses of this action.
6. There are no personal property rights to be adjudicated.
It is, therefore,
