HomeMy WebLinkAbout1952 t t r i 2. The marriage between Petitioner, BONNIE S. SMITH, and Respondent, JEFFERY RENT SMITH, is dissolved because it is irretrievably broken. ~ 3. The care, custody, and control of the minor child of the parties, ERIC LEN SMITH, age 3, is granted to the Petitioner, subject to 8espondent's right of visitation which shall be exercised in the following manner: ~ (a) For a period of 45 days subsequent to rendition of this Judgment, .y the Respondent's visitation with-the minor child, ERIC LEN SMITH, shall be in the presence of the Petitioner but not in the home of the Petitioner, BONNIE S. SMITH, during this period, the parties are instructed to mutually work toward the reestablishment of the minor child's relationship with the father. (b) Subsequent to the 45-day-period, the father shall have normal visitation rights which shall include two weekends per month, the child shall be .prepared for visitation on Friday afternoon through Sunday afternoon, the Respondent shall be prompt~in pick up and return of the minor child on those visitation periods. (c) The Respondent is further awarded visitation rights of two = consecutive weeks during the summer months of the year in which this Judgment i is entered, and 30 consecutive days during the summer months of each succeeding f year commencing in calendar year 1981 A.D., and Respondent is further awarded visitation rights of one-half of each Christmas holiday period and visitation with the minor child on all other legal holidays on an alternating basis. i (d) These visitation periods may be adjusted by mutual agreement of c ~ the parties, in writing; however, the primary concern shall be the age, maturity, desire, health, education and general welfare of the child, and secondarily the convenience of the parties. In this respect, both parties are admonished at all times to conduct themselves in such a manner as to insulate the child ~ from any friction between the parties, avoid alienation of the child's affection for each parent, and to consider each other in tt~e exercise of these rights. 4. The Respondent, JEFFERY KENT SMITH, shall pay to the Petitioner, x BONNIE S. SMITH, as support for the minor child of the parties the monthly sum of $150.00, the first payment being due on the 1st day of June, 1980, and e E ~ a like sum on the first day of each succeeding month thereafter until the e child reaches the age of 18 years, or dies, marries, or becomes self-supporting, r -2- 8n'~331 PacE1951 , .
