KNOW All MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that First Federal Savings and loan Association of Fort Pierce, a corporation under
the laws of the United States of America, the owner of a certain mortgage given by William L. Watson and Linda
S. Watson, his wife dated May 19th, 19 67 ,and recorded
in the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, in 0~ R. Book 167 on t~a9e
587 ,securing the payment of the sum of Eleven Thousand, Five Hundred and no/100--------
Dollars (S 11, 500.00------ )
covering property in the County of St. Lucie Florida, cloth hereby acknowledge that it
has received full payment of the indebtedness evidenced by said mortgage and the note secured thereby, and cloth hereby
cancel and discharge said mortgage and release end quit-claim all right, title and interest conveyed by .said mortgage in
and to the premises described therein, and cloth hereby direct the Clerk of the Circut Court of the aforesaid County to
cancel the same of record.

subscribed in its corporate name by its Assistant Vice President
