my Last Will and 7tiestament, hereby rewking and annulling all others. by me
heretofore made .

I desire and direct that all of my just debts and funeral e.~enses be
paid without unnecessary delay by my Personal Representative hereinafter
named anti appointed. I do not intend, nor shall this provision be constnaed,
to revivie any obligations the enforcement of which has been barred by law.

In the event that at the time of my death I am the owner or ov-owner
of any real estate, insurance settlenent, bank aoc.•o~mt, gaverrment bonds or
sec,~urity or instnBnent of indebtedness (whether issued by a private corporation,
a government, a governmental agency, or an individual) which is registered or
issued in the names of myself and another person or persons as terulants by the
entirety or as joint tenants with the right of survivorship or which is regis-
tered or issued in my name but is payable, or apparently payable, too a named

I beneficiary upon my death, I declare it to be my intention that all my-right,
title and interest in any such property shall immediately pass to the joint
owrlPx, eo-owner or beneficiary Waned in any instnarent pertaining to such
property, whether or not my right, title or interest in any such property would,
by operation of law upon my death, vest in or pass to such surviving person.
I make this provision in order to eliminate any doubt or question as to the
right of any such person aFparently entitled thereto to swoceed to the full
possession an3 ownership of such property upon my death, and to provide for the
possible contingency of an ineffective attempt to create a joint t...nancy with
right of surviwrship or an estate by the entirety.
