ORDER
THIS CAUSE came on to be heard on Plaintiff's Motion to Deter-
mine Sufficiency of Answer to Request for Admissions in the case of •
Trachsel v, Treasure Coast Builders, Inc., Case No. 79-406-CA, and the
Court having heard the argument of counsel and being fully advised in
the premises, it is hereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Answer to Request for Admissions
filed by Defendant RONALD A. FISHER does not comply with RCP 1.370 and

~ that Defendant RONALD A. FISHER shall have 10 days to file an amended

answer to Plaintiff's request for admissions; and it is further
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. That trial of the above-captioned actions shall be removed
from the trial docket of June 11, 1980 and shall be tried together on
July 2, 1980 at 9:30 AM.
~ 2. That depositions taken in either of the above cases may be
used in the other case.
a 3. That Count III of the Motion and Order for Impleader of
Third Parties of the supplementary proceedings filed against Steven

f Chapman in the case of Trachsel v. Flanzbaum, Case No. 78-332-CA, shall ~
~ be separately tried at a later date since said Steven Chapman has not
been served.
