- ORDER
THIS CAUSE came onto be heard on Plaintiff's Motion to Deter-
mine Sufficiency of Answer to Request for Admissions in the case of
Trachsel v. Treasure Coast Builders, Inc., Case No. 79-406-CA, and the
Court having heard the argument of counsel and being fully advised in

the premises, it is hereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Answer to Request for Admissions ~
filed by Defendant RONALD A. FISHER does not comply with RCP 1.370 and

that Defendant RONALD A. FISHER shall have 10 days to file an amended s
~ answer to Plaintiff's request for admissions; and it is further
f ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: ~
~ 1. That trial of the above-captioned actions shall be removed
from the trial docket of June 11, 1980 and shall be tried together on

July 2, 1980 at 9:30 AM.

2. That depositions taken in either of the above cases may be
used in the other case.
3. That Count III of the Motion and Order for Impleader of ~
Third Parties of the supplementary proceedings filed against Steven
Chapman in the case of Trachsel v. Flanzbaum, Case No. 78-332-CA, shall
be separately tried at a later date since said Steven Chapman has not
been served.
