THIS CAUSE having come on before me upon motion of the
plaintiff, through counsel, for the appointment of an attorney
and guardian ad litem for the absent and unknown defendants,
defendants in the military services of the United States, minor
defendants and also to represent defendant non compos mentis
or otherwise under legal disability, if any, and it appearing '
to the Court that such motion is well taken, and the Court being
otherwise fully advised in the premises, it is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJU GED as follows:
