That this Court has jurisdiction over this Cause an•d the subject matter and the parties. 2. That the Default Judgment previously entered in this Cause against the Defendants, is ratified and confirmed. 3. That the Plaintiffs have proved the material allegations of their Complaint and the equities in this Cause of the Plaintiffs and against the Defendants. # 4.
