FINAL JUDGMENT
THIS CAUSE having come before this Court upon the
Motion of the Plaintiffs for Judgment in Accordance with Default
upon a Complaint to Quiet Title filed by the Plaintiffs on March
14, 1980 and the Court having reviewed the evidence offered in sup
port of such Complaint, and the Court being fully advised in the

premises, it is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:

~ 1. That this Court has jurisdiction over this Cause
an•d the subject matter and the parties.
2. That the Default Judgment previously entered in
this Cause against the Defendants, is ratified and confirmed.
3. That the Plaintiffs have proved the material
allegations of their Complaint and the equities in this Cause of
the Plaintiffs and against the Defendants.
# 4. That. by virtue of the Defendants having defaulte
~ in the payment of the real property taxes assessed against the
~ property by St. Lucie County Tax Collector, St. Lucie County Tax
Collector was authorized to offer the property for sale at a tax
