5. That the Plaintiff's acquired title to the said j
Real Property under and by virtue of a Tax Deed from the County of
St. Lucie, issued under the provisions of Florida Statute 197.425
and Florida Statute 197.490, said Tax Deed being dated January 15,
1980, duly and regularly executed and recorded in the Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida on January 15, 1980, in
O.R. Book 323, Page-2483 of the Public Records of St. Lucie County,
Florida.
6.That all assessments and proceedings had for the
sale of said lands in default of the payment of taxes; all proceed
• ~ ings.had for the issuance of the Tax Deed by the Clerk of Courts
of St. Lucie County, Florida, were duly had in strict compliance
with the Law, and said Tax Deed duly and .regularly issued therein
- conveyed Fee Simple title to said lands to the Plaintiffs.
7.That the typographical error contained in the
original complaint filed herein, wherein the legal description of
the property in question was incorrectly stated as Lot 18, Block.
374, Port St. Lucie Section 18 is hereby amended and corrected to
read as Lot 18, Block 374, Port St. L~lcie Section 13, and all
notices previously filed and served in this action are ratified
and adopted as still valid upon the defendants.
~ 8. That by virtue of the Tax Sale and the issuance

of the Tax Deed as described in the complaint, Plaintiffs have

acquired Fee Simple Title in and to the subject property situated,
lying and being in the County of St. Lucie, in the State of Florid
being more particularly described as follows:
Lot 18, Block 374, Port St. Lucie Section 13,
a subdivision according to the Plat thereof
as recorded in Plat Book 13, Page 4 of the
Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
9. That the Defendants and all claimants by, through
or under them, shall stand and be forever barred and foreclosed
of any right and all estate, rights or interest in and to said
property and every part and parcel thereof, and Plaintiffs shall
~ be entitled to immediate possession of the subject property.
