IT APPEARING from the evidence before the Court that HAROLD W, STAPLBTON
has failed to pay the child support as required by the Order of this Court entered c+n
the 19th day of October, 1979, and is, as-of this May 9, 1980, in arrears $1,276.00,
including Court costs, it is
ORDERBD that this matter be continued based upon the Respondent's letter
and payment received in the Clerk's office May 8, 1980, provided he submit regular
child support payments of $50.00 per week each and every week, commencing Friday,
May 16, 1980. These payments to be in addition to a minimum monthly payment of $50.00
on the arrearage balance of $1,276.00. Payments to include the statutory Clerk's fee
of $2.00 and are to be made in cash or by cashier's check or money order. If Respondent

I' HAROLD W. STAPLETON does not comply with the above order he shall be required, upon
written affidavit of the Petitioner, to show cause why he should not be incarcerated in

the St. Lucie County Jail for SIXTY (60) days.
JURISDICTION of this cause, and the parties hereto is retained for the entry
