IT APPEARII~ from the evidence before the Court that FRBDERICK H. GILRBY
has willfully failed and refused to pay the child support as required by the Final
Judgment/Order of this Court entered on the 9th day of November , 19 78 ,
and is, as of this date May 9th, 1980 , in arrears $ 1,392.00 in-
cluding an old arrearage balance of $ plus Court Costs of
it is ;
ORDERED AMID ADJUDGED that for such failure he stands in contempt of this
Court but may purge himself-of this contempt by hereafter paying the $ 1,392.00
arrearage at the rate of $ 10•~ per week, each and every week commencing
May 16, 1980, Friday These payments to be in addition to the regular $ 25.00
per week support payments provided for above, making a total payment of
$ 35.00 per week, plus the Statutory Clerk's fee of $2.00. Payments to be
made in cash, cashier's check or money order. If Respondent FREDERICK til. GILKEY
does not purge himself of his contempt as provided above, he shall be required upon
written affidavit of the Petitioner to serve SI~CZY ( 60 ) days fn the St. Luce
County jail. It is
FURTHER ORDERED THAT PAYMENTS AR8 TO EE MADE EACH AND BVERY WEBK.
JURISDICTION of this cause, and the parties hereto is retained for the
entry of such further orders as may be proper.
