IT APPEARING from the evidence before the Court that J. M. GRIEELE has
failed to pay the child support as required by the Final Judgment of this Court
entered on the 25th day of June, 1979, and is, as of this date May 9, 1980, in
arrears $688.00 including Court costs, it is
ORDBRED that Respondent J. M. GRIEELE pay the $688.00 arrearage at the
rate of $15.00 per week, each and every week. These payments to be in addition to
the regular $35.00 per week support payments provided for above, making a total pay- -
ment of $50.00 per week plus the Statutory Clerk's fee of $2.00. Payments to be made
in cash, or by cashier's check or money orders to the Clerk of the Circuit Court.
JURISDICTION of this cause, and the parties hereto is retained for the entry
of such further orders as may be proper.
