" I, Genevieve E. ~,ioreland, of Prince Georges County,tl~ryland,
being of sound and disposing mind, memory and understanding, and
capable of executing a valid deed or contract, realizing the
certainty of death and the uncertainty of the time thereof, and
being desirous to make disposition of my worldly goods upon my
death, do therefore make, publish and declare this my Last Wi11
and Testament, hereby revoking and annulling all wills or codicils
heretofore by me made,~in manner and form following that is to sa
First: I direct that, upon my death, my body be decently
buried at the discretion of my Executors hereinafter named, and
'that all of my just debts and funeral expenses be paid out of my
estate as soon after my decease as shall be found convenient.
i Second: I give, devise and bequeath all of my property,
of whatever character or description, real, personal and mixed,
i wheresoever situate, which I may now have, or to which I shall be

entitled at the time of my death, absolutely and in fee simple,
unto my son, Wayne 0, Davis, and my daughter,.Doris G. Baker, to
be divided equally between them, share and share alike.
Third: And I do hereby nominate, constitute and appoint
John F. Lillard, and J. Bowie Lillard, Executors of this,. my Last
Will and Testament.
