in the name of arty person, firm, or corporation (other than iqy bcecutors )
as nominee without disclosing that they are held in trust and to keep the sa:ae

to make any division or distribution of my estate in kind, in money, or
~ partly in both; to compromise and adjust arty claims against or in favor of

Clause 2. Further, for the purpose of carrying ost all of the
terms of Article Five of this Wi11, Trustees while acting as such are as
to each trust herein provided and any part or parts thereof 2:ereby expressly
given the identical. powers which I have in Clause 1 of this Article vested
in ~y bcecutors as to my estate, but the said powers given to either shall
note ercept where exercised, affect or in aqy manner limit the powers given
in this Article to the other.
