the tr+ists herein provided or having accepted later fail or cease to act,
then I appoint =~Y brother-in-lxa, PAUL S. BLI?.SY, as a Trustee i-~ his place
with all of the title, authorities, powers, and discretions which my
husband possessed as a Trustee hereunder. Should Pail S. Bliley t'.:ereupon
fail to accept such appointment or having accepted later fail or cease to

act, then T appoint ~ brother-in-law, TBCii~S J. BLILSY, as a Trustee in
his place s~ith all of the title, authorities, powers and discretions t;hich
Paul S.~Bliley would have possessed as a Trustee hereunder. Sub3ect to
the foregoing and to the later terms of this Clause 3, should at arty time
only one of CRY Trustees be acting hereunder, such Trustee stall possess
-and have .all title, authorities, powers, and discretions which otherwise
xoutld be possessed by my Trustees. However, the pourers of encroachment
given in Article Five to nay corporate Trustee shall in no event and antler
no circumstances pass to or be exercisable by my husband or either of iqy
said brothers-in-law acting as Trustee. Should at aqy time tgjr corporate
Trustee fail or cease to act as a Trustee hereunder, then, if and When a:~y

person ca' corporation is appointed by an appropriate court as substituted trustee
in its pace, such substituted trustee shall, in ad3ition to succeeding to
the title, powers, authorities, grid discretions (other. than the said posers
of encroachment) Mich ~ corporate Trustee would have possessed as Trustee
had it been still acting, also possess the said powers of encroachment to
the same effect and extent as my corporate Trustee would Nave so possessed
had it been still acting as Trustee. Should at any time no one of n4y
Trustees be acting as such, then all title, powers, authorities, and dis-
cretions which would otherwise be possessed by them or. one of thew {including
the said powers of encroachment) shall be possessed by arty successor trustee
