and should Paul S. Bliley thereupon fail to qualify or having qualif~.ed
later fail or cease to act, then I nominate and appoint in his place ~y

~ foregoing, should at any time only one of my Executors .be acting hereunder
as such, then such Executor shall possess all authorities, powers, and dis-

Executors be allowed to qualify as such without being required to give
security.
Fbr its services hereunder, iqy corporate Dcecutoi• shall receive
a commission, based upon the gross principal amount of ~y estate passing
hereunder of five per cant upon the first 850,000, four per cent upon the
next $50,000, and three per cent upon the residua thereof, and in addition _

it shall receive a commission of five per cent upon all income from ~
