Re: nary Moore Bliley, Probate of Will and Qualification of Deceased. _ Executors and Trustees. A paper writing purporting to be the will of the decedent,. was this day presented to the Clerk and offered for probate by First and ?Merchants National Bank and Rupert H. Bliley, the Executors named therein. It appearing that the decedent resided at Number 3217 Edgewood Avenue in the City of Richmond, within. the jurisdiction of this Court, and died 1~,arch 10th, 1964,- James W. Mitchell, James D. Hart and Charles S. Dooley, the subscribing witnesses to said paper writing, being first duly sworn, severally deposed and said that they were present together f at the same time and in the presence of the testator, when she signed the said paper writing and acknowledged it to be her will, and that at her request, in her presence, and in the presence of each other, , then signed their names thereto as subscribing witnesses, and that the testator was at that time over twenty-one years of age and capable of r:.aki ng a will . Thereupon the paper writing dated April 8th, 1960, consisting of fifteen typewritten pages, each signed by the testator, is estab- lished and adjudged to be the true last will and testament of Mary Moore Bliley, deceased, and ordered to be recorded as such. On motion of First and Merchants~National Bank and Rupert H. Bliley, the Executors-and Trustees named in the will, they rrereper- mitted by the Clerk to qualify as such; thereupon First and Merchants $~'~~'31 p~~~l~'1`
