National Bank, by W. R.~ S. Curtis, its Trust Officer, and Rupert H.
Bliley appeared, made oath as the la,+t directs, and entered into and
acknowledged before the Clerk separate bonds in the penalty of Nine
Hundred Thousand Dollars, payable and conditioned according to law, t
but without security, the will requesting that none be required. }
And certificate is granted for obtaining a probate of the
will of Mary Moore Bliley, deceased, in due form.
It is ordered that William L. Mayor, Trible King, Walts~ F.
Tilden, Arthur Backstrom amd Norman B. Wood, Jr., or any three of
them, being first duly sworn for the purpose, do truly and ~uatly
appraise in current money the personal estate of the decedent, and
also any real estate which the personal representatives are authorized
by the will to sell, or of which they are authorized to receive the
rents and profits, and return their appraisement under their hands
as the law directs. -
