ORDER
THIS CAUSE was heard on the 19th day of t3ay, 1980, upon
the Husband's Notice of Contempt and Enforcement and the Wife's
Motion for Contempt, and both of the parties being present in open
Court and represented by counsel, and-the Court having heard all
- of the testiraony of the parties and being fully- advised in the
premises, it is therefore
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. That the Husband's Notice of Contempt and Enforce-
ment and the Wife's Motion for Contempt are both hereby denied
with each party is to bear his or her own costs and attorneys fees.
2. That any and all child support naymen~s to be made
~ by the Husband, WILLIAM LiCAUSI, JR., shall be made directly to the

Clerk of this Court and by him remitted promptly to :ZANCY ALICE -
LiCAUSI. In addition there is hereby assessed the sum of $2.00 as
statutor costs to be added to each payment made to the Clerk.

All payments shall be made in cash, money order or cashier's check.
Both of the parties are ordered to keep the Clerk of this Court -
advised of their mailing and residence addresses at all times
while this order is in effect.
3. That the parties are hereby ordered to meet at the
Wife's place of residence on Saturday, May 24, 1980, at 6:00 p.m.,

so that the Husband shall be allowed to remove from the premises

.all of his tools, materials and any other of his personal property
from the garage located at the Wife's place of residence.
