JOINP STIPULATION AND ORDER -
By joint .stipulation of counsel for Plaintiffs and
Defendant, RUPERT JASE~I SMITH and additional defendant, PORTIA IIJCILLE SM>~1,
wife of RUPEKr JASFIJ SMTI~i, it is hereby Stipulated and Ordered as follows:
1. Trial in this matter scheduled for April 30, 1980 is
hereby continued until June 11, 1980.
2. The debt due the individual defendants herein nan?ed is

accrue thereafter at the rate of $4.GG37.per day.
3. The Defendants further o~ae the Plaintiffs the sum of
' $67.00 as costs in this matter and agree tQ pay attorney's fees do counsel for
the Plaintiffs in the sum of $1,000.00.
4. Defendants shall have until June 11, 1980, the
aforementioned continued trial date, tv sell or refinance the property which
is the subject matter of the within foreclosure proceeding and upon such event
and closing thereof shall forthwith pay t4 the Plaintiffs the debt as set
forth above plus costs and attorney's fees in full.
5. In the event Defertidants shall not have sold or
refinanced said property prior to June 11, 1980 and closed thereon so as to
have paid the Plaintiffs and their counsel in full as hereinabove set forth,
the Defendants shall convey said property bo the Plaintiffs, or their
assignees, by General Warranty Deed subject ally bo that certain first
