ORDER
THIS CAUSE having come before the Court on the Defendant's
Oral Petition for Modification and the Court having discussed the
matter with all parties and being otherwise fully and well advised, _
it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that all prior orders shall be and
they are hereby set aside and the Respondent shall and he is hereby
ordered to pay $12.00 per week until the sum of $675.00, arrearage
due through August 14, 1979; is paid in full.
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Clerk of the Circuit Court
shall and. he is hereby ordered to forward said arrearage payment
received from the Respondent until the above arrearage is paid in
full to the Department of.Health and Rehabilitative Services, Child
Support Enforcement Section, 1317 Winewood Boulevard, Tallahassee,
Florida, 32304.
DONE AND ORDERED at Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, on this
day of 1980.
