ORDER
THIS CAUSE came on for hearing on April 21, 1980, upon the Defendant's
Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction and Motion to Require Parties to
Submit to Blood Tests, and the Court having heard argument of counsel, and being
otherwise fully and well advised in the premises, it is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Defendant's Motion to Dismiss for Lack
of Jurisdiction shall be and it is hereby denied; it is further
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Defendant's Motion to Require Parties
to Submit to Blood Tests shall be and it is hereby granted; it is further

ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Defendant, ANTHONY WILLIAMS, the natural
mother, SHERYL HURST, and the minor children ANGELA LATARSHINA WILLIAMS, d.o.b.
f
1/6/77 and I,AMARIO LAQUINN HURST, d.o.b. 9/30/79, shall and they are hereby ordered
to submit to blood tests for the determination of paternity. Said tests shall be
at the .expense of the Defendant, ANTHONY WILLIAMS, and shall. take place within
90 days of the date of this order.
DONE AND ORDERED at Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida, on this
