ORDER
THIS CAUSE came on for hearing on April 21, 1980, upon the Defendant's
Motion for Physical Examination, and the Court having heard argument of counsel,
and being otherwise fully advised in the premises, it is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Defendant's Motion for Physical Examination
shall be and it is hereby granted; it is further
ORDERED AND ADJUDGID that the Defendant, PHILLIP DEAN FERNALD, the
natural mother; CABBIE JEWELL, and the minor child, ANGELIC DEANA FERNALD, d.o.b.
11 26 71 shall and the are hereb ordered to submit to blood tests for the

~ determination of paternity. Said tests shall be at the expense of the Defendant,
PHILLIP DEAN FERNALD, and shall take place within 90 days of the date of this

DONE AND ORDERED at Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida, on this
