ORDER THIS CAUSE came on for hearing on April 21, 1980, upon the Defendant's Motion to Require Parties to Submit to Blood Tests, and the Court having heard testimony and argument of counsel, and being otherwise fully and well advised in the premises, it is thereupon ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Defendant's Motion to Require Parties to Submit to Blood Tests shall be and it is hereby granted; it is further ORDERED AND ADJUDGID that the Defendant, HARRY SHAW, the natural mother, DEBORAH WILLIAMS, and the minor child DWAYNE HENRY WILLIAMS, d.o.b. 9/11/79, shall and they are hereby ordered to submit to blood tests for the determination of paternity. Said tests shall be at the expense of the Defendant, HARRY SHAW, and shall take place within 90 days of the date of this order.
