CONSTRUCTION, INC., a Florida Corporation, hereinafter referred
to as "Seller", and ROBERT B. WEISHAAR and MADELINE N. WEISHAAR,
of the City of Port St. Lucie, Florida, hereinafter referred to
as "Buyers".
~ WHEREAS, the Seller is the owner of certain real

N Florida, and known as: Lot 14, Block 530, of PORT ST. LUCIE,
SECTION 10, a Subdivision according to the Plat thereof as

Lucie County, Florida, and having erected thereon a dwelling

WHEREAS, Seller desires to sell and Buyers desire

to purchase the aforesaid property for the purchase price and on
the terms and conditions hereinafter set forth.
NOW THEREFORE WITNESSETH:
IN CONSIDERATION of the reciprocal promises and in
f furtherance of their objective, Seller agrees to sell and Buyers
agree to purchase from the Seller the aforesaid property,
including all rights and appurtenances incident thereto, subject
only to the matters as hereinafter set forth, the parties agree
as follows:
1. The entire purchase price for the property is
the sum of FIFTY t7INE THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED SEVENTY-FIVE and
00/100 ($59,375.00) Dollars.
2. The sum of ONE THOUSAND and NO/100
($1,000.00) DOLLARS, has been paid as a down payment by the .
Buyers to the Seller prior to or simultaneously with the
execution of this Agreement, the receipt of which is hereby

Seller.
