be at the offices of HAROLD H. GOLDMAN, ESQUIRE, 8028 South
Federal Highway, Port St. Lucie, Florida 33452 on or about Ma1r_
~ , 1980, at 10:00 A.M.. At the time of the closing Seller
shall be responsible for all real estate commissions, if any, and
tax prorations to the date of closing, and the payment and
discharge of all liens on said property, if any. Buyers shall be -
responsible for the payment of the recording of, and all -
documentary stamps necessary to be affixed to this Agreement.
