INTERCONTINENTAL BANK, a Florida banking corporation, dated December 28, 1978, and
recorded in Official Records Book 300, Pages 2081 through 2097, inclusive, Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, for good and valuable consideration to it paid,
receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, hereby on this 12th day of ~ ,
