WHEREAS, the undersigned, MORGANTI SOUTH, INC., filed a
Claim of Lien in the amount of $636,396.70 on April 28, 1980~in
Official Records Book 330 at pages 693 and 694, public records of
St. Lucie County, Florida, with respect to the property hereinafter
described; and -
WHEREAS, MORGANTI SOUTH, INC. filed its Amended Claim of
Lien with respect to said property on April 29, 1980 at Official
Records Book 330 at pages 1041 and 1042, public records of St. Lucie
County, Florida in the amount of $715,596.70; and
WHEREAS, MORGANTI SOUTH, INC. desires•to reduce the amount
for which it claims a lien with respect to said property;
NOW THEREFORE, the undersigned, for and in consideration of
the payment of $10.00 and other good and valuable consideration,
receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, hereby releases $422,571.12 `
from the amount due under its Amended Claim of Lien as aforesaid
against the following described premises:
Seascape I Cluster, Phase C, more particularly
described on Exhibit A-attached hereto and made a
part hereof.
MORGANTI SOUTH, II1C. continues to claim a lien for labor
~ and services performed and materials furnished for the improvement
of the above described premises in the amount of $293,025.58.
IN WITNESS whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal
