That he is the President of the LAK$ir00D PARK PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., anon-profit corporation of the State of Florida, which has been assigned all the rights and reservations of LAKEWOOD PARK CORPORATION, LAKEWOOD PARK CONSTRUCTION CORPORATION, and LAKE INDRIO CORPORATION, said Assignment being recorded in Official Record Hook 186, page 2035 in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of St. Lucie County, Florida. 2.
