R. Book 322, page 2871, Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, and a Second Mortgage to .Florida First National Bank at Vero Beach recorded in O.R.Book 329, pages 1846/7,public records of St.Lucie County, Florida. Any default in the said Firstand Second Mortgage or the promissory note which the same secures shall also be a default-in this mortgage. If a conveyance should be made by the Mortgagor of the premises above described or any part of them without .the written consent of the Mortgagee and/or without assumption in regular form of~law by the Grantee of the obligation to the Mortgagee created under this mortgage, then at the option of the Mortgagee and without notice to the Mortgagor, all sums of money secured shall become due and payable and in default immediately and concurrently with the conveyance whether or not they are so due and payable and in default by the specific terms of this mortgage and the note secured thereby. and the said Mortgagors do hereby fully uwrrant the title to said land, and will defend the j same against the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever.
