This action having come on to be heard and t-his
Court having considered all things in the premises, it is -
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that:
1. The Plaintiff, JAMES F. BAILEY, is due $24,016.48
as principal, $2,135.24 as interest to date of this judgment,
fo~ title search expense, $284.42-for taxes, and
U for attorney's fees, with $75.00 court costs, now
taxed, under the note and mortgage sued on in this action, -
making a total sum of ~a~p'_ 3~/+ 1 7 -
2. The Plaintiff holds a lien for the total sum

superior to any clai~q or estate of the Defendant on the
following described property in St. Lucie County, Florida:
` Lot 28, Block 57, Unit 8, Indian
River Estates, as recorded in Plat.
I Book 10, page ?3, public records of
~ St. Lucie County, Florida.
3. If the total sum with interest at the rate
prescribed by law and all costs of this action accruing sub-
sequent to this 3udgment are not'paid within three days from
this date, the Clerk of this Court shall sell the roperty
at public sale on the ~ day of 1980,
