HBNDBRSON, a resident of St. Lucie County, Florida. who. having been Srst duly
sworn. deposes and says:
1. That she is over the age of eighteen (18) years and is otherwise

2. That she is-married and the name of her husband is TBRRY B .

3 . That her maiden name prior to her marriage to Terry B . Henderson
was CYNTHIA WBLLMAN .
4. That she has never been known by any other name other than CYNTHIA
HBNDBRSON or CYNTHIA WBLLMAN .
5 . ~ That she became a resident and domiciled in the State of Florida in
.1879 and did not, prior to 1878. reside in St. Lurie County nor elsewhere in the
State of Florida .
6. That she is not the CYNTHIA HBNDBRSON a/k/a CYNTHIA MARION
named in the Statement of Claim and Notice of Lien Sled by Elton H. Schwarz,
Public Defender. dated July 8, 1977 and recorded in Official Records Book 270. -
page 2344. Public Records of St. Lucie County. Florida.
7 . That she is not the CYNTHIA HBNDBRSON named in that Statement of
Claim and Notice of Lien Sled by Elton H. Schwarz. Public Defender, dated
September Z8. 1877 , and recorded in Official Records Book 275. page 1150 ,
Public Records of St . Lucie County , Florida . -
8. That she is not the Defendant named in Case No. 77-13-FM referred
to in the Lien recorded in O.R. Book 270, page 2344, nor is she the Defendant
in Case No. 77-8050-TT referred to in the Lien recorded in O.R. Book 275,
page 1150, all in the Public Records of St. Lurie County, Florida.

~ This Affidavit is given for the purpose of clarifying the title in and to
Condominium Unit 306-A, ATLANTIS CONDOMI1~iIUM. Building A, according
to the Declaration of Condominium thereof recorded in Official Records Book
280, page 80, Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
