That in consideration of the mutual promises and covenants contained iii this
Agreement and other valuable considerations passing between the parties to it, the
Seller agrees to sell and the Purchaser agrees to buy the following-described pro-
party situate. lying and being in St. Lucie County, Florida:
Condominium Unit 306A of ATLANTIS CONDOMINIiJM BUII.DING "A" ,
according to the Declaration thereof on Sle in the office of the Clerk
of the Circuit Court in Official Records Book 280, .page 80 to 136,
inclusive . Public Records of St. Lucie County , Florida .
TOGBTHBR with the undivided interest in Common Elements declared
in said Declaration of condominium to be an appurtenance to the
above described dwelling unit.
j TOGETHER with the personal property set forth in Exhibit "A" attached
hereto and made a part hereof.
The total purchase price of the property shall be the sum of SEVENTY-SIX ~
THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED and no/100 DOLLARS (;76 , 500.00) payable at the times
and in the manner hereinafter provided: ~
