With regard to the above mentioned contract to which this
Rider shall be attached and become a part of and which is
incorporated-therein, it is further agreed by and between the
Seller and Purchaser that for the purposes of this Agreement
for Deed, and within the meaning of Section 365 (i) (2) of the
Bankruptcy Reform Act of 1978, Purchaser shall-, upon execution €
of this Agreement and at all times thereafter so long as
Purchaser is not in default hereunder, be deemed to be in actual
possession of the real estate described herein. ~~3~
