FIDUCIARY'S DEED
THIS INOSNTURE made and entered into on the 16th day of
May. , 1980, A.D., between: BARBARA WAGNER, as Gu~~an of the
Property o~ ROSE LEHNHOFF, Incompetent, the surviving spouse of ELMER
J. LEHNHOFF, Deceased, Grantor; and STEPHEN G. LEONARD and EDNA LEONARD,
his-wife, Grantee, whose permanent mailing address is: 4200 northeast g
15th Avenue, Fort Lauderdale, Florida. '
(The use herein of the plural shall include the singular,
and the use of the singular shall include the plural; the use of one
gender shall include all genders, and the use of the words "Grantor"
and "Grantee" shall include their heirs, representatives, successors,
grantees and assigns.)
W I T N E S S E T H
That the said Grantor,~for and in consideration of the sum
of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration, to
Grantor in hand paid by the Grantee, the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, has granted, bargained and sold to the said Grantee,
Grantee's heirs and assigns, forever, the following described land,
