PETITION FOR ORDER AUTHORIZING SALE
Your petitioner, Barbara Wagner, as Guardian of the property
of Rose Lehnhoff, incompetent, respectfully alleges to the Court as
follows:
1. Part of the assets of the above entitled guardianship
consists of .the following described vacant property:

Lot 9, Block 762, Section 18; and C-'

Lot 14, Block 350, Section 25, St.
Lucie County, Florida
2. The ward is now residing at Harbor Beach Convalescent

Home, Fort Lauderdale, Florida, and is incurring considerable ongoing -
expense for her care and maintenance and medical bills. ~ p
3. Your petitioner has entered into a Deposit Receipt and w
Contract for Sale and Purchase of the above described real estate for
the sale price of $7,000.00, less ordinary expenses of sale, conditioned
~ upon court approval, as shown in a copy o= the contract attached hereto, .
which is made a part hereof by reference..
4. The cash assets of the ward are now almost depleted,
and your petitioner considers it to be expedient, necessary and to the
best interests of the incompetent to•sell the above described real property.
Your petitioner feels that the sale price of said real property represents
a fair sale price. The proceeds from the sale of the real property will

be needed for the purpose of paying the medical expenses arr3 living
expenses of F3ose Lehnhoff, incompetent. M
