- ORDER AUTHORIZING SALE
This cause having Dome on before this Court upon the petition
of Barbara Wagner as Guardian of the property of Rose Lehnhoff, incompe-
tent, and the Oourt having determined that it is in the best interests r
of the incompetent that certain assets of the incompetent be sold in

order to provide funds from which said incompetent's medical and living ~

expenses can be paid, that the best interests of the incompetent will be -
• served by the sale of the property at a private sale, it is therefore
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
- That Barbara Wagner as Guardian of the property of Rose -
Lehnhoff, incompetent, is authorized to sell the following described
property:
Lot 9, Block 762, Section 18; and
Lot 14, Block 350, Section 25, St.
j Luce County, Florida

for the sum of $7,000.00 less state documentary stamps, the cost of a
title policy, areal estate broker's commission in the sum of $700.00

and other usual and ordinary expenses of the seller incident to the
closing of a real estate transaction in St. Lucie County, Florida, all
in accordance with the Deposit Receipt and Contract for sale and Purchase,

a Dopy of which is attached to the Petition for Order Authorizing Sale.
