Zfiis cause having come on before this Court upon the pe ~tion
of Barbara Wagner as Guardian of the property of lose Lehnhoff, Incompe-
tent, and the Court having determined that it is .in the best interests ~
of the incompetent that certain assets of the incompetent be sold in
order to provide funds from which said incompetent's medical and living
expenses can be-paid, that the best interests of the incompetent will be
served by the sale of the property at a private sale; and it being
necessary and proper to mare fully describe the property to be sold, it
is therefore
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
That Barbara Wagner as Guardian of the property of Rose

LsHnhoff, incompetent, is authorized to sell the following described

property:
Lot Fourteen (14), Block Three Hundred Fifty
(350) of PORT ST. LUCIE SECTION 25, a Subdivision,
t according to the Plat thereof, recorded in Plat
~ Book 13, at Page 32, of the Public Records of St.
~ Lucie County, Florida; and
Lot Nine (9), Block Seven Hundred Sixty-Two (762)
of PORT ST. LUCIE SECTION 18, a Subdivision,
according to the Plat thereof, recorded in Plat
Book 13, at Page 17, of the Public Records of
~ St. Lucie County, Florida

for the sum of $7,000.00 cash, less state documentary stamps, the cost of a
title policy, areal estate broker's commission in the sum of $700.00 and
' other usual and ordinary expenses of the seller incident to the closing of-a
