5. Ali agreements, covenants, conditions, restrictions, -

reservations and easements of record,. if. any, which-may. now affect
the afore-described property. - -
• TO HAVE AND-TO HOLD the above granted-, bargained and described
premises-,--with the-appurtenances, unto the-said Grantee,-his heirs- .
and assigns-, to his own proper use;: benefit--and behoof forever, -
