That the Grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of ~

acknowledged, has granted, bargained and sold to the Grantee,
and the Grantee's heirs and assigns forever, the following described !
real property situated, lying and being in Hutchinson Island,
Jensen Beach, St.- Lucie County, Florida, to wit:
• UNIT 809 in Oceana Oceanfront Condominium II, according
to the Declaration of Condominium of Oceana Oceanfront
Condominium II, recorded in Official Record Book 327,
pages 1684 et seq., Public Records of St. Lucie County,
Florida (theeMDeclaration of Condominium"), together
with an undivided share in the Common Elements appurtenant
to such Unit and all other appurtenances to such Unit as
set forth in the Declaration of Condominium.
Grantee, by acceptance hereof, and by agreement with Grantor, a

all of the covenants, terms, conditions and provisions set forth and

contained in the Declaration of Condominium, including, but not
i limited to, the obligation to make payment of assessments for Common
