I, RALPH MAYG, sometimes known as RALPH BLACK, RALPH 2~LAYG
BLACK and RAFAEL MAYG, of St. Lucie County, Florida, do hereby
make, publish and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament,
and hereby revoke any and all other Wills and Codicils heretofore
made by• me. .
I.
- I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be
paid as soon after my death as convenient.
II.
All of the rest, residue and remainder of my property,
both real and personal, wherever situate, whether now owned or
hereafter acquired by me, I devise to my wife, VIRGINIA DALY
MAYG, should she survive me.
III.
Should my wife, VIRGINIA DALY MAYG, fail to survive me,

I devise said residue of my property, in equal shares, to my
sisters, LORETA MOORE, ESTELA RIGS and JUANITA MAYG, all of Key
j West,Florida, per capita. -

I appoint my wife, VIRGINIA DALY MAYG, as personal repre-

sentative of my estate, to serve without bond. In the event she
is not willing or able to serve as such, I appoint EDWARD MICHAEL

DALY, 2629 South 26th Street, Fort Pierce, Florida, as personal
representative, also without bond.
