WARRANTY DEED
THIS INDENTURE, Made this 14th day of May , 1980,
between ST. JOHN UNITED METHODIST HURCH INC. a F or1 a corporation
not for profit, Grantor, and THE FIRST I~OLINESlS CHURCH OF THE LIVING
GOD, INC., ~ ~ , Grantee; c o P.O. Box 3 Florida 3349;
WHEREAS, Notice of the action proposed by this conveyance at a
special meeting of the corporate body and the Charge Conference of
the St. John Methodist Church, was given at least ten days prior i
thereto from the pulpit of the St. John United Methodist Church, f
and at said meeting a resolution was adopted authorizing the action i
proposed by this conveyance and was passed by a majority vote of the
membership of the corporate body and the Charge Conference members
present and voting and by a majority vote of the members of St. John
United Methodist Church present and voting at the meeting regularly
called to consider this-conveyance and,
WHEREAS, The written consent of the pastor of the St. John United
Methodist Church and of the district superintendent has been obtained
and is affixed to this conveyance, and, the said Charge Conference
and said members authorized this conveyance to be executed by the
appropriate corporate officers of the St. John United Methodist
Church, Inc., and
WHEREAS, This conveyance has been duly authorized in accordance
with the rules and procedures of the St. John United. Methodist Church,
Inc., a Florida corporation not for profit, and of the St. John United
Methodist Church and in accordance with the Book of Discipline of the
United Methodist Church, and
WHEREAS, The Board of Directors of St. John Methodist Church,
Inc., at a meeting regularly called have authorized the President
and Secretary to execute this conveyance,
NOW, THEREFORE, WITNESSETH:
That the Grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of Ten `
Dollars ($10.00) and other valuable considerations in hand paid to
the Grantor by the Grantee, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged,
has granted, bargained, sold and conveyed unto Grantee, its succes-
'i sors and assigns forever, the following described lands in Sty Lucie
County, Florida, to-wit:
Ivts 16, 17 and 18, Block 8, LINOOIN PAIt~C ~2, as per Plat thereof
reoarded in Plat Book 3, page 4, of the Public Records of St.
t Lucie County, Florida.

together with all the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances `„j-

said lands and 'will defend the same against the lawful claims of
