I, EDWARD L. DINKINS, JR., as District Superintendent of the
United Methodist Church, and as the representative of said Church,
do hereby consent to the sale and conveyance of the above-described
lands and in behalf of said Church do hereby release and discharge
said lands from the trust of said lands for the use of laid Church. ~
