29-35-40, St. Lucie County, Florida, run thence South 15 feet to the
North limit of Old Edwards Road, thence run East. 15 feet to the East
limit of Old Edwards Road, thence run South 130 feet to the Point of
Beginning, Thence continue South 285.86 feet, more or less, to the
North limit of New Edwards Road; thence continue northeasterly along
New Edwards Road to the Southerly extension of Parcel ~8, as per James
A, Kirby Survey dated October 13, 1975, thence North approximately 35
feet to the SE corner of said Lot #8, thence Westerly approximately
340 feet to the Point of Beginning.
SUBJECT TO that certain mortgage in the original principal sum of
$30,000.00 given by Gus W. Lennard and Martha B. Lennard, his wife, to
James R. Maley and Margaret Maley, his wife, dated April 25, 1977 and
recorded April 26, 1977 in OR Book 267, page 704, of the Public Records
of St. Lucie County, Florida, which the grantee herein assumes and
