e. The Defendants, having refused, at their deposition,
to answer questions concerning other civil litigation that they may be
involved in, the Court orders that the Defendants will respond, in writing,
to said inquiry within five (5) days of the signing of this Order, or else
be in contempt of Court.
f. The Court will reserve its ruling on the Plaintiff's
request to tax_ all costs~to the Defendants for follow-up depositions and
any logical questions concerning Defendants' Income Tax Returns, felony
convictions, and civil litigation.
g. Trial in this cause is set for May 28, 1980 at 9:00 A.M.
in Courtroom 10~, St. Lucie County Courthouse, Fort Pierce, Florida.
4. WITNESSES. Only those witnesses listed at the Pre-Trial
Conference and on the Plaintiff's Pre-Trial Statement and names filed
with the Clerk will be permitted to testify, except the parties. themselves.
Either party may call any witness listed by t e other party
