FINAL JUDGMENT
THIS CAUSE, having come on for trial and all parties ~
having appeared and testified with counsel and the Court having con-
sidered the evidence and testimony in this matter and being otherwise
fully and well advised in the premises, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Order filed in this action
on February 4, 1980, limiting the amount sought by this action shall
be and it is hereby vacated and set aside. It is further
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Plaintiff, HERBERT B. LUSH, JR.,
shall have and recover of and from the Defendant, OTTIE GARDNER, the
sum of $1,100.00 plus Court costs in the amount of $25.00 for all of
which let•execution issue forthwith.
