in O. R. Book 193 at page 380 of the public records of St. Lucie
County, Florida, in the original principal sum of $9,600.00.
THIS DEED IS GIVEN pursuant to that certain Agreement for Deed
between the parties hereto dated August 20, 1974, recorded in
O. R. Book 231 at page 1716 of the public records of St. Lucie
County, Florida.
