The Grantee by acceptance and execution of this Warranty Deed acknawledge• that
this conveyance is subject to the provisions of the Declaration of Condoaidiu~ described
above, including the provisions of all of its exhibits. The Grantee agrees to be boutrd
by all of said provisions; the Grantee acknowledges and agrees that all of said provisions
are-reasonable, fair and equitable; the Grantee hereby iapressea a lien upon the land
and real property described above, as security for his obligations as described in said
Declaration of Condosiiniua end its exhibits; and the Grantee acknowledges and agrees -
thaf said Declaration of Condouinivs and its exhibits and the Purchase Agreeaeat executed
by the Graator and Grantee contain all of the warranties, representations and induceaeats
concerning the purchase by the Grantee of the land and real property described above.
