The Grantee by acceptance and execution of this Warranty Deed acknowledges that
this comreyance is subject to the provisions of the Declaration of Condaainius described
above, including the provisions of all of its exhibits. The Grante4 agrees to be bound
by all of said provisions; the Grantee acknowledges and agrees that all of said provisions
are reasonable, fair and equitable; the Grantee hereby iepressea a lies upon the land
and real property described above. as security for his obligations as described in said -
Declaration of Condominiua and its exhibits; and the Grantee acknowledges and .agrees
that said Declaration of•Coadominium and its exhibits and the Purchase Agreement executed
by the Grantor and Grantee contain all of the warranties, representations and induceaenta
concerning the purchase by the Grantee of the land and real property described above.
